Look, I knew about the 1999 206 WRC with the brand's lion inside a circle in blue, both on the hood and on the back of the roof. But on top of that, in a rally test, said lion was removed, and then re-applied in the next rally... I don't know what that meant.

Love the sound of those cars. I remember 1 time when it was rally (not WRC, but local Polish rally) near my town and they were having bases half kilometer from my home, they were driving near my house to the destination. Amazing cars and especially sounds. Regular cars don't sound like that.

Love watching these, RWD in WRC and Rally racing in general is kind of slept on. It takes a different kind of skill, and if you get really good at it, you can cut up AWD and FWD cars all day. Definitely a classic in the sport, an acquired taste for sure 👌🏻

I love how the Finns are embracing Toyota the same way us Czechs are embracing Škoda! It's almost like it's the Finnish national team (because it in a way really is with Toyota, with the team based in Finland, featuring mostly Finnish personnel and a top Finnish crew in the car). The amount of Toyotas in this event really says a lot.
